Reports and Promotions
The school’s academic year (from April to March) is divided into three terms. For promotion, the achievement of children in quarterly, half-yearly, final examinations and monthly tests is taken into account. Parents are informed of about the progress of the children regularly. Besides quarterly, half-yearly and annual examinations, class monthly tests also held regularly throughout the year A student who is found careless towards studies is put on report. Any students absent in either any test or exams will not be given a rank.
Teachers-Parents Meeting
Teachers-parents meeting is held in the school premises after examinations.
Withdrawals
- Parents who do not intend to send their child back to school after the summer vacation should inform the principal to the effect in writing through a registered letter before 30th May of the year in the which the child studied last in the school.
- One calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu thereof must be given for withdrawl of child during the academic year.
Correspondence
- Any problem regarding your ward can be notified in the school diary and shown to the class teacher and a reply will be sent.
- All correspondence regarding school matters must be addressed to the Principal and not to any member of the school staff.
